Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve personal
food autonomy and community food sovereignty. It is our goal to teach all those
willing to learn, that minimizing our dependence on the US industrialized food
system is imperative to the long-term health of our families and the environment.
Through study, practice, and community networking each
individual family can improve the US food system by reducing consumer demand of
unsustainable products; actively participating in food politics; supporting
local, sustainable agriculture; and encouraging youth through programs like FFA
and 4-H.
Together, we can change the way America feeds her people.
