I by no means count myself as an accomplished breeder of rabbits. I breed for meat, and there is meat on all rabbits. I have 2 breeds that I allow to cross breed, the pure breeds I do have are breed standard. And as evidenced by these seven babies, I even accidentally breed.

About 3 weeks ago we lost our buck, Boris, to Encephalitozoon Cuniculi. He was supposed to have been separated from the does, but obviously he was not. I have 3 other does, two of which are obviously pregnant.
I realize I am coming to the end of breeding with this set of animals. I want to continue with American Chinchilla's however I would like to start with a trio that meets ARBA standard and breed good stock.
We are also throwing around the idea of pigs in the coming year. But I should probaby get these accidental breedings under control first.
